A senior police officer told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that two to three rounds were fired during the incident. The injured man was shifted to AIIMS Vijaypur for treatment. The injured was identified as Vishal Singh (30), a resident of Rahya in Vijaypur.
